We regret to inform that we do not provide refunds/returns at this time.

Exchange

• Exchange will only be accepted for full-priced items in original packaging, unwashed, undamaged, not altered with store tag still attached.
• Shipping and handling fee incurred when returning an item to MINC MARKET are bourne by the customers and we are not liable until item(s) reaches our office.
• We will bear the shipping and handling fee if an item was wrongly shipped.
• We provide exchange for items purchased, with a different size or another item of the same price or higher. The customer will be required to pay the difference should the amount of the exchanged item exceed the price of purchased item. 
• Items to be exchanged need to be delivered back to us within 7 days from arrival date of the package.
• Exchanges can only be made once, and all exchanges are final. 
• Please email us at enquiry@mincmarketshop.com or WhatsApp +6011-2321 2215 within 3 days from arrival of package.
• Accessories (jewellery, bags, hair accessories) and body care products by RASIA are non-exchangeable.
• SALE items are non-exchangeable.
